Return and Refund Policy

All sales are FINAL.

Please review descriptions in full before making a purchase.

CAMILLE BRANCH LLC will offer an exchange on NEW items IF the item(s) is incorrect or defective. The exchange eligibility is valid for 3 days after the delivery of your order.  

 

Please contact us by email at info@camillebranch.com immediately with your name, order number and a picture of the incorrect/defective items received.  A reply will be sent to you within 24 hours with the address and details of how to send items back. These items must be new, unused, in original condition and packaging.

You, the customer, is responsible for the costs associated with shipping items back for exchange. shipping costs are non-refundable.

For lost, stolen or damaged packages please contact the

shipping carrier to file a claim.  Compensation for the lost, stolen or damaged packages will come from the shipping carrier.  CAMILLE BRANCH LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.  However, we can assist you with tracking information and date of delivery for your claim.  Contact us at info@camillebranch.com to give notice that a claim has been filed and/or if you need assistance.
